Synopsis: 该剧根据马伯庸作品改编。明万历年倭乱再起，海外爱国同胞意外得知日本欲取道朝鲜入侵大明，向大明发出讯号。此间京城也祸事四起，锦衣卫史侍用、郑世元和程一学，因办案线索汇聚一处，被迫共同查案，并追查到祸乱源头竟是倭寇！三人所获案情与朝廷的调查进程不谋而合，共同觉醒的家国情怀，使他们破格加入了赴日的“后羿计划”，奔赴宁波，出海日本，查探真相并营救同胞。路途艰险，三兄弟历经万难，九死一生，终成大义。
